Check if a text is AI-generated
The Gosoft Connect AI chat marks its answers as AI-generated in a machine-readable way and keeps fingerprints of their sentences. Paste a text below to see whether it matches an answer the Gosoft Connect AI gave that Gosoft still holds. The check is free. The text you paste is not stored or logged.
How the check works
Each sentence of an AI answer with six or more words gets a fingerprint: the first 8 bytes of SHA-256 over its lowercase words joined by single spaces (Unicode NFKC, a markdown link read as its text, web addresses left out). The whole answer gets one more, unless one of its sentences was left out for contact details, a web address, a name or a quote of the visitor. Sentences with an e-mail address, a phone number, a web address, a number of five or more digits or a name the visitor gave in the conversation get none, and neither do sentences that quote the company's own texts or the visitor's own messages. These details are recognised automatically, so some can be missed: for example a name written in an unusual way or one that the company's own texts also use, a web address written without https:// or www. and without a path, or a number written in groups, such as 123 456. Drafts written by the AI features of the portal are fingerprinted the same way; there too, sentences that quote the material the draft was written from, or the user's own messages, get none.
Your text is fingerprinted the same way, so a sentence left out above is not checked either. Found: the whole text, or every one of its sentences, matches. Partly: some of its sentences match, and the rest may have been written by a person. Not found: none match. Too short: the text has no sentence of six words or more that can be checked.
Fingerprints are deleted with the conversation they come from, so an old answer may no longer be found.
